Booking

Once you have decided when you would like to come mountain biking with Pure Mountains, please contact us to confirm availability. We can hold places for you while you book flights, group members and so on.

We will email you a booking form. On booking, we ask you to pay a 20% deposit to confirm your place and to pay the balance four weeks before the start of your holiday. We will send you a reminder. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Payment by PayPal incurs a 2% surcharge.

Room Sharing and Single Supplement

Prices are based on two people sharing a room. For farmhouse-based trips, if you come on your own we may allocate you a room with another guest of the same sex. You can guarantee that you will have a room to yourself by paying a single room supplement which is an additional 20% of the cost of the holiday. For 'winter' and 'desert' hotel-based trips, the 20% single supplement is non-optional for solo guests.

Group Discount

For groups of six people there is a discount of 60% on the price of the holiday for one member of the group (the organiser). For a group of seven this rises to 70% and for eight to 80%. So, it pays to get your friends organised!

Groups of 4 or more receive a case of cava on arrival, to be consumed as the group leader sees fit!

Return Visits Discount

We offer a 10% discount on the price of your second and all subsequent Pure Mountains farmhouse-based holidays. This can be combined with the Group Discount.

Recommendations

If, after your Pure Mountains holiday, you recommend a friend who books a trip but you can't get back here to take advantage of our Return Visits or Group Discounts, we will send you a £15 Chain Reaction Cycles gift voucher.
