We usually run one or two bike race trips each year. These combine a challenging mountain bike race with a tip top bike holiday.

Andalucia Bike Race Package, late February 2014
We'll be offering be offering a special Andalucía Bike Race package in 2014. ABR is a fantastic six day stage race for pairs. It attracts an international field. The terrain is wonderful, including endless singletrack and the sun usually shines.
The 2013 trip was a great experience for all the teams that took part.
The Pure Mountains package will take care of everything for you, including race registration, accommodation, transfers and administration. All you have to do is race.
Price and dates to be confirmed as soon as the race dates are confirmed.
Dates
The race will probably start on Sunday 23 February and finish on Friday 28 February (six days' racing).
If so, our trip will run from Friday 21 February to Saturday 1 March (eight nights).
Registration fee
In 2013, the registration fee for riders with a racing licence was €340 per person if you registered before 12 November 2012 and €480 per person after that date. Places sold out pretty quickly. Riders without a competition licence approved by the UCI have to buy a temporary licence, costing approx €60 per person.
Registration, Administration, Translation
We'll deal with the registration procedure for you and we'll be there with you at the (chaotic) collection of racing numbers. There are a few tricks of the trade with this.
ABR is a young event . 2013 was its third year and saw it really take off, especially with international riders.
We'll get all your details from you when you book and register you straight away.
We'll also be there every day of the race to make sure you know what's going on, the details of the rules and where you have to be and when (especially important when there are remote starts and finishes). We'll also deal with any issues that arise.
Transfers
Rather than have to hang around at the airport for the organiser's buses, we'll meet you from your Malaga flight and take you straight to your accommodation. Also, when it comes to moving accommodation during the race, our minibus will be there to move you and your bike without stress or delay to the next stage. We'll take you back to Malaga airport the day after the race finishes.
Flights are not included. When you book, we’ll tell you what time you need to arrive at Malaga.
Accommodation
We provide eight nights' bed and breakfast accommodation in twin / double rooms. You arrive two days' before the race starts, which ensures plenty of time for bike assembly, registration and rest. Then you stay each night of the race and leave the day after the race finishes.
We have found it much more restful and economical not to stay in the huge, official hotels, but at smaller, quieter accommodations nearby. This will be of a good standard. Details will be confirmed closer to the time.
