Mountain biking is a potentially risky activity. Your safety is our priority. We insist that you wear a helmet whenever cycling and that you have your own holiday insurance that covers mountain biking, in addition to your European Health Insurance Card. We are often in remote areas where rescue would be by helicopter rather than ambulance, and this should be covered by your insurance policy. Please bring your insurance policy documents with you on holiday as will need to look at them. We are insured also.
