Like the rest of Europe, southern Spain has been experiencing some crazy weather this winter with torrential rain and high winds. The bad news is that the roads are suffering from mud slides and scary humps, dips and slippages and the locals are fighting a war of attrition with leaks (the traditional flat roofs aren't built with driving rain in mind). The good news is that it's set to be a super-verdant spring with babbling brooks and dazzling windflowers bursting out all over. And the drought is, finally, officially over!
